Install in three steps

Android users download the APK straight from our site — no third-party app store required. iOS users grab the app from the App Store using the link in our footer. Both versions ask you to sign in with your existing win12u account, or create one if you're new.

Download the APK or visit the App Store — Tap the Android download button on our homepage to fetch the APK, or follow the iOS link to open the App Store listing. The file is code-signed so your phone can verify it came from us.
Allow installation from unknown sources (Android only) — Your Android settings will ask permission to install apps outside the Play Store. Flip that toggle on — you only need to do it once — then proceed with the install.
Open the app and sign in — Launch win12u from your home screen, enter your account credentials or create a new account in seconds, then grant biometric permission if you want fingerprint login. The lobby loads immediately.
Add a deposit method — Head to the wallet screen, link your Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost or FPX account, and confirm it with a small test transaction. From that point forward every deposit takes one tap.

What your phone needs to run the app

Android version	7.0 Nougat or newer — most phones from the past six years will run it without lag.
iOS version	iOS 13 or later, which covers iPhone 6S onward. The app adapts to screen size so it looks sharp on every model.
Storage space	28 MB for the initial download, plus another 50 MB for cached game assets once you start browsing the lobby.
RAM	2 GB minimum. If you're running multiple apps in the background the OS might close the game mid-session, so we recommend 3 GB for smooth multitasking.
Network	4G or Wi-Fi. Live tables stream at 720p by default; you can drop to 480p in settings if you're on a slower connection or want to save data.

How we keep your app experience secure

Code signing

Every APK and iOS build carries our digital signature so your phone can verify it wasn't tampered with. If the signature doesn't match, your OS will block the install and warn you.

Direct download only

We don't list the Android app on third-party stores. Download it from our homepage or scan the QR code in our footer — that way you know it came from us, not a repackaged clone.

Biometric authentication

Fingerprint and face unlock tie your login to hardware that only you control. Even if someone borrows your phone, they can't open the app without your biometric signature or fallback PIN.

Session timeout

If you leave the app idle for fifteen minutes it locks automatically and asks for authentication when you return. Adjustable in settings if you prefer a shorter or longer window.

Account recovery in-app

Forgot your password? Tap the recovery link on the login screen, confirm your email or phone number, and we'll send a reset token. The whole flow happens inside the app so you're not juggling browser tabs.

SSL pinning

The app only talks to our servers using a pinned certificate. That blocks man-in-the-middle attacks even on public Wi-Fi — your balance, bets and withdrawal requests stay encrypted end to end.

Push notifications	The app alerts you when a withdrawal clears or a tournament opens. Browsers can't send notifications unless the tab is open, so you'd miss time-sensitive updates while you're doing something else.
Offline lobby preview	Game tiles and provider badges load from cache when signal drops, so you can still browse and queue your next session. The mobile site needs an active connection to render anything.
Payment widget	Swipe down from any screen and deposit via Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost or FPX without leaving the game. On mobile web you're redirected to a separate payment page that disrupts your session.
